Keep the next US customer call in context.
A browser workspace for small teams returning enquiries, discussing proposals and recording the next step after a manual customer call.
Free public simulation. Calling approval is separate; paid calling is not open.

A customer has asked about a proposal. Before calling, your team needs to find their number, read the last note and know what to discuss. After the conversation, the next colleague needs to see the agreed action.
KVWang brings customer contacts, manually initiated US calls, call history and follow-up notes into one workspace. The public demo shows this workflow with fictional customers. Invited accounts can organize customers and save notes; live calling needs separate approval.
From a customer enquiry to a clear next step
- Find the customer. Search by name or phone and review their saved notes before calling.
- Check the calling setup. Confirm your team and business number are approved. Test your microphone and speaker, then review the destination quote.
- Make the expected call. Choose customer follow-up and confirm the customer requested or expects this conversation. A person initiates and handles the call.
- Save what you agreed. Record the outcome and next action. You can save a follow-up date in your local time; this does not currently send an automatic reminder.
What does the workspace keep?
Customer details and saved follow-up notes provide context for later conversations. Call history shows the calling outcome and available billing status. The workspace separates a temporary held amount from the final call charge; a screen timer is not your final bill.
Automatic dialing, SMS, recording and transcription are not included in the current webphone pilot. You can evaluate the manual workflow without relying on those features.
How much should a small team budget?
The published launch specification is $9 per month for one seat plus $0.02 per billed minute for approved ordinary US destinations. A 41-second answered call counts as one billed minute. High-cost and unsupported routes are unavailable. The first ordinary number needs approval and assignment.
Estimate a one-seat monthly cost. This is an evaluation price, not an open checkout; taxes and the final paid-service setup still need confirmation.
Can a team outside the US use it?
Your location and your customer's destination are separate eligibility checks. A US number does not guarantee calling from every country. Include your caller location when requesting access and review the guide to calling US customers from abroad.
Take the next step
Request a workspace invitation or ask the team about your calling needs. An enquiry does not charge you, create an account or approve a telephone line.
