Understand what you will pay for.

A workspace plan and calling usage are separate. Final public prices will be published before paid calling opens.

Paid plans are not on sale

The public demo is free and does not place calls. Invitation trial calls, where separately enabled, are free under the trial limits shown in the workspace. No public paid plan or calling rate has been finalized.

How will browser calling be priced?

Workspace plan
The planned recurring charge for using the browser workspace, customer context, call history, and follow-up notes.
Calling usage
A separate charge for eligible calls. A workspace payment is not a balance of call minutes.
Business number
A number must be approved and assigned separately. Any number fees and availability will be disclosed before a paid order.

Final prices, supported routes, billing increments, taxes, and refund terms will be disclosed before public paid service opens. There is no public checkout on this website.

Will every US destination cost the same?

Do not assume that every number beginning with +1 is an eligible US destination or has the same calling cost. Destination eligibility and route costs must be checked before starting a call.

The pilot workspace has a Check call cost step. High-cost or unsupported routes may be unavailable. Current invitation trial quotes show a free call; they are not a published paid-service rate.

Before paid use, look for the total workspace charge, any number fee, the destination-specific calling quote, billing increments, and applicable limits. See why a call may be unavailable.

What is in the first version?

The product focuses on manual US customer calls, customer records, call history, and follow-up notes. Calling availability is approved separately from access to those workspace features.

SMS, mobile data, eSIM service, call recording, and transcription are not included in the current webphone pilot. A browser business number is not a mobile SIM card.

Can I pay now?

No public paid checkout is open. Internal payment testing does not grant real calling credit or activate a customer phone line. Public payment methods and paid cancellation and refund policies will be listed when the service is ready to accept customers.

Do not pay again to resolve a disabled call button. Check your workspace setup or contact support.

How do I evaluate KVWang before prices are final?

Try the simulated workspace, check the invitation process, and tell us your team size, caller location, and expected calling needs. An invitation enquiry does not start a subscription.
