Get your workspace ready.

Start with access and calling approval, then check your audio and the destination you want to call.

How do I sign in or request an account?

Use the username and password provided with your team invitation. The current service does not offer public account registration. If you have not received an invitation, request access.

If the password is rejected or you need to reset it, contact [email protected] with your work email and team name. Do not send your password. Receiving an account does not automatically approve calling.

Why is the call button disabled?

A disabled call button can mean a setup step is missing. It does not mean you need to pay again. Work through these checks in order:

  1. Check the workspace notice. If it says live calling is not enabled for your team, contact support about your invitation and intended use.
  2. Check your business number. “No approved number” means an outgoing number is not currently available for your team. A sign-in or test subscription does not assign one.
  3. Check the destination. Enter a supported US customer number. A +1 prefix alone does not establish US destination eligibility. Emergency, toll-free, premium, and unsupported routes are unavailable in the pilot.
  4. Confirm the call purpose. Choose customer follow-up or requested callback and confirm the customer requested or expects your call.
  5. Check and confirm the quote. Use Check call cost and review the result. A route may be blocked or a trial limit may have been reached.

If these checks do not resolve the issue, send the displayed error, your team name, browser version, and the approximate time of the attempt to support. Do not send customer lists or payment details.

How do I check my microphone and speaker?

  1. Open your invited workspace and use Check microphone. Grant microphone access when you choose to test it. Check both browser site permissions and your operating system privacy settings if access was previously denied.
  2. Use Check speaker and confirm that your headphones or speaker are selected, connected, and not muted.
  3. Check that another app is not using or changing your audio device. Try a headset to reduce echo.
  4. If a real call connects but the other person cannot hear you, report the call time and what each side heard. A speaker test alone does not prove the full telephone connection is working.

Browser microphone access requires a secure page and permission. See MDN’s microphone permission documentation. The public demo intentionally uses no microphone and places no calls.

How do I save the next step?

Select a customer in the invited workspace, write the call note, optionally choose the next follow-up time, and select Save next step. Confirm the saved entry appears in Customer activity. Date and time are displayed in your local timezone.

The public demo uses fictional contacts and keeps edits only until you reload the page. Demo notes are not saved to your real account.

Will a test payment enable calling?

No. Internal test payments and test balances do not enable real paid calls. Team calling access, a business number, and an eligible destination are separate requirements. See the pricing and availability explanation.

Still need help?

Email [email protected]. Include your work email, team name, browser, and the exact notice you see. Keep identity documents, secrets, and customer phone numbers out of the first message.

Return to your workspace or review the access steps.
