How do included minutes and extra credit work?
Understand the 200 included US billed minutes, per-call rounding, prepaid extra credit, and when a top-up becomes necessary.
The current KVWang plan is USD 15 per seat per month. It includes 200 billed minutes for approved ordinary US calls. Once the included minutes are used, additional answered minutes are charged from separately purchased calling credit at USD 0.02 per billed minute. Check the pricing page and your workspace before purchasing because eligibility and displayed terms matter.
When do included minutes start?
Calling approval and an assigned business number are required before paid calling. A successful subscription payment does not, on its own, assign a number. After the approved workspace is ready and payment is confirmed, the included minutes can be used without an initial credit top-up.
The 200 minutes refresh with each paid billing period. Unused included minutes do not roll over. Purchased credit is separate from those recurring minutes.
How is a call counted?
Each answered call rounds up to a whole billed minute. A 41-second answered call counts as one billed minute. An unanswered call uses no included minutes or credit. The workspace shows the available minutes and credit; final usage follows the settled call record rather than a browser timer alone.
Before dialing, Check call cost shows the available included minutes, maximum permitted duration, and any additional credit that may be held for the call. The unused part of a hold is released after final carrier settlement.
When should I buy extra credit?
Buy calling credit when you need more approved calling after your included minutes are insufficient. Current top-up choices are USD 10, 25, and 50; there is no automatic top-up. A top-up is a separate one-time purchase, not another monthly subscription. The purchase amount can be larger than the exact cost of the extra minutes you use that month.
For an example, 500 billed minutes in one billing period means 200 included minutes and 300 additional minutes. At USD 0.02 each, those 300 minutes cost USD 6 of credit, in addition to the USD 15 plan. Credit is purchased in the available top-up amounts, so you may retain unused credit. See refund terms for the applicable credit policy.
Special and unsupported routes are not made available by buying more credit. Always check destination eligibility before calling.
