Return the call. Keep the outcome.
A manual callback workflow for small teams responding to US customers who requested a call, with customer notes and the next action in one workspace.
Free public simulation. Calling approval is separate; paid calling is not open.
Explore the simulated workflowA callback starts with the customer's request
A customer has requested a call about an order, enquiry or service issue. Your colleague needs the right number and context, then a place to record what was resolved and what still needs attention.
KVWang focuses on manually initiated calls to approved US destinations. This callback workflow is outbound: a person on your team calls a customer who requested or expects the call. It does not describe an automated support queue or an inbound answering service.
Prepare and complete a requested callback
- Review the customer. Select their record and read the request or previous follow-up note.
- Confirm the number and audio. Check team calling approval, the approved outgoing business number, microphone and speaker.
- Review the call cost. Confirm the destination is eligible and read the current quote before calling.
- Call and record the outcome. Select requested callback, confirm the customer expects the call, and start it manually. Save the result and any agreed next step.
What if the customer does not answer?
Review the recorded outcome and choose an appropriate next step for that customer. Under the published launch specification, unanswered calls have no customer calling charge. An answered call is billed in whole-minute increments; the final billing status is separate from the live call timer.
A saved next-follow-up date is a record for your team. It does not currently trigger an automatic redial, message or reminder.
Can customers call the number back?
Inbound answering is not included in the current webphone pilot. Do not advertise an assigned outgoing caller ID as a supported inbound service line. Use your existing support channel for inbound requests, and tell customers how to reach you between callbacks.
SMS, eSIM data, call recording and transcription are also outside the current pilot. See the first-version scope before choosing the service.
How do we try this workflow?
The public demo is free and uses fictional contacts. It does not use your microphone or call a customer. Workspace access is by invitation and live calling is approved separately. Include your caller location, customer destinations and callback needs in the request.
Review the first-call checklist and setup help. Paid checkout is not yet open; the cost calculator lets you assess the launch pricing.
Take the next step
Request a workspace invitation or ask the team about your calling needs. An enquiry does not charge you, create an account or approve a telephone line.
