Free invitation pilot terms
Terms for invited teams using the KVWang browser phone pilot.
Who operates the pilot
KVWang is operated by Tapilot LLC. These terms cover the real, invitation-only workspace. The public website demo is a separate simulation and does not place calls.
Access and calling scope
Accounts are provided to approved teams. Signing in does not automatically enable calling. A team and its assigned business number must be approved before calls can be placed. The workspace shows the applicable calling limits and availability.
The pilot supports human-initiated, one-to-one calls to ordinary US customer numbers. Use it for a customer follow-up or requested callback. You must have authority to use the account, customer information and assigned caller number.
Responsible use
Only call people who requested or expect your call. Do not use the pilot for automated campaigns, unsolicited bulk calling, impersonation or harassment. Do not share passwords or attempt to bypass destination, concurrency or spending limits.
This pilot is not an emergency calling service. It does not support emergency numbers. Use an appropriate local emergency service when needed.
Trial charges
The invitation pilot does not charge you for calls or start a paid subscription. Tapilot LLC bears the pilot carrier cost. Do not send a payment or buy a balance through the pilot. Any future paid plan will require separately published prices and billing terms.
Availability and ending access
This is a limited pilot whose calling access may be paused during testing, maintenance or review. Do not rely on it as your only phone service. You can stop using the pilot at any time and contact us about account closure.
Privacy and support
The pilot currently does not record or transcribe conversations. Account, customer and call metadata are handled as described in the pilot privacy notice. For support or an account request, email [email protected].
