How Tapilot LLC handles information in the KVWang invitation workspace.
This notice and operator
This notice applies to the real KVWang invitation workspace operated by Tapilot LLC. The public demo and its separate preview privacy notice describe the simulated website experience.
Information in the workspace
We process account and team details, the customers and follow-up notes you enter, and call metadata such as destination, assigned caller number, status and timestamps. Technical logs support authentication, access control, call troubleshooting and cost protection.
Sign-in credentials and customer information are sent to our server over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in your browser so you can remain signed in. Signing out clears the application tokens from that browser.
Microphone audio and providers
If you allow microphone access and initiate an approved call, live audio is routed through our calling infrastructure and Telnyx to the person you call. Our calling infrastructure uses self-hosted LiveKit software. The pilot currently does not record or transcribe conversations.
Telnyx receives the phone numbers and signaling or media information needed to route calls. Our infrastructure and the carrier may process information across countries. Only enter customer data you are authorized to use and provide the notices required for your use.
Access and purposes
We use this information to provide the requested workspace, save customer follow-ups, place permitted calls, maintain security, investigate failures and reconcile carrier usage. Team permissions control access to customer and call records. Authorized operational access is needed to support the pilot.
Storage and your requests
Customer notes and call history are saved on the server and do not disappear when you refresh the page. You can contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction, export, deletion or closing your pilot account. We will review the request and explain any records that need to be retained for security, billing or applicable requirements.
